Maternal, neonatal and infant mortality is a very important concern globally. As we continue on with this much-needed work in Haiti, it’s important to remember that midwives make a difference.

MamaBaby mobile clinics make a difference!

We go to this remote village often to provide prenatal care. There are no roads, no cars or even motorbikes. There are no doctors, clinics or hospitals.

When the women are ready to birth they walk to our clinic in the city. It takes about 3 1/2 to 5 hours to walk to us. This community had a very high maternal and infant mortality before we started going to their village several years ago and now that has changed with all the help of MamaBaby active community.

Midwifery saves lives with your continued support! Please donate today if you can or become a monthly donor.
